Key Responsibilities:

 • Conduct investment and financial analysis to support transaction origination and execution.

 • Develop, review, and audit financial models across various instruments including equity, shareholder loans, mezzanine, project finance, and corporate finance.

 • Support the preparation of investment approval documentation, including investment committee memoranda, valuations, term sheets, and information memoranda.

 • Assist with legal, financial, commercial, environmental, social, insurance, and KYC due diligence on prospective clients, sponsors, investors, and projects.

 • Undertake market, sector, and industry research (Africa-focused and global) to support investment decision-making and business development.

 • Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking, reporting, and recommending interventions where necessary.

 • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

 • Support cross-sector and cross-divisional business development efforts by contributing to business plans, strategies, and research insights.

 • Provide administrative and transaction support, including document management, reporting, meeting coordination, invoice processing, and maintenance of trackers and databases.

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory while oral and written fluency in other international languages will be an added advantage. Interested candidates should click on the link below to apply.
