As our People Services Administrator at PnS Group, you are the critical link between HR policy and operational execution. The Big 3: Your Core Mission
✅Employee Lifecycle & Benefits Mastery: You will manage the full administrative spectrum from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that employment contracts, payroll inputs, and benefit schemes are handled with 100% accuracy and care.
✅Data Integrity & Systems Leadership: You will lead the charge in maintaining our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring that every record is up-to-date and providing the actionable insights needed to drive strategic HR decision-making.
✅Compliance & Stakeholder Support: You will act as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders, navigating South African labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA) to ensure our people services remain audit-ready and professional.
Who You Are
✅Qualified HR Professional: You hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Psychology.
✅HR Administrative Veteran: You bring 2+ years of experience in HR administration, ideally within the fast-paced retail or FMCG sectors.
✅Legislative Expert: You possess a solid understanding of South African labor laws, including the Retail Sectoral Determination and the BCEA.
✅Systems Savvy: You are highly proficient in HR Information Systems and MS Office (Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential).
✅Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive in managing multiple deadlines while maintaining an impeccable standard of record-keeping.
✅Results-Oriented: You are committed to driving consistent excellence, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction through superior administrative support.
