Career Opportunity for two motivated graduate students to join my research group in the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction.
🔵 Research FocusSuccessful candidates will contribute to applied research in utility and right-of-way infrastructure, encompassing GIS data creation, integration and application, utility installation methods, and the integration of utilities within public rights-of-way.
🔵 Ideal Candidate
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
🔹 Experience or strong interest in utility construction
🔹 Proficiency in ArcGIS, Excel, Python, or other analytical/programming tools
🔹 Solid foundation in data analysis methods
🔹 Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
🔹 Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
🔵 Funding & Start DatePositions are fully funded, contingent upon satisfactory academic progress.Anticipated start: August 2026
