Junior Product Manager – Product Operations & Internal Platforms

📍Lagos 

Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
●3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused product role, ideally in a fast-moving tech or fintech environment.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Support, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
●Solid working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience running standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
●Experience owning or working closely with internal/back-office tools (admin dashboards, analytics tools like Metabase, support tooling, etc.).
●Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams and stakeholders on track at once.
●Comfortable writing clear tickets, epics, and acceptance criteria that engineers can pick up with minimal back-and-forth.
●A proactive, process-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in making teams run more efficiently.
