Who we are looking for
The Meristem Starlet Programme is highly selective. We accept applications from both exceptional fresh graduates and driven early-career professionals looking for a definitive career reset.

The baseline criteria
Age 21 to 28 years old.
National ServiceCompleted NYSC.
EducationMinimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
Experience  0 to 1 year of post-NYSC experience (or early-career professionals seeking a structured trajectory reset).
