Expedier is looking for a strategic, customer-focused, and execution-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous improvement, working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership.
You’ll play a key role in shaping products that make cross-border payments, foreign exchange, virtual accounts, remittances, and business payments simpler and more seamless for our customers.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* 4–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or technology
* Proven experience taking digital products from concept to launch
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Miro, or similar platforms
* Experience in cross-border payments, remittances, FX, digital wallets, APIs, payment integrations, or regulated financial products will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into product solutions
- Develop PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, releases, and product documentation
- Monitor product KPIs, customer behaviour, adoption, conversion, and retention
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure products meet regulatory and business requirements
- Support payment integrations and partnerships with banking and technology providers
- Present product roadmaps, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership
