ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of OmniRetail Marketplace.
The Marketplace connects manufacturers, distributors and retailers, enabling distributors to digitise operations, receive retailer orders, manage fulfilment and grow sales through the OmniRetail ecosystem.
You will own the Marketplace product from discovery through delivery, working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Commercial, Customer Success and Data teams to build products that solve real distributor and retailer problems while driving business growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong product thinking, commercial awareness, and operational execution.

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building B2B or B2B2C products.
• Strong understanding of marketplace business models.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience writing PRDs and user stories.
• Ability to prioritise competing business needs.
• Strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
-Experience in one or more of Distribution, FMCG, E-commerce, SaaS, FinTech, Logistics, Inventory Management and Marketplace Platforms
-Experience launching products in emerging markets is highly desirable.
