We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead impactful programmes focused on Democracy & Governance, elections, civic engagement, policy reform, research, advocacy, and women's political participation.
Salary: N700,000 – N750,000 Monthly

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, Public Administration, Gender Studies, Law, or a related field.
• 7–10 years' programme management experience in the Development & Governance, gender, or NGO sector.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong programme management, budgeting, grant management, research, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in elections, governance reform, civic engagement, or women's political participation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Democracy & Governance programmes.
• Manage donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, budgets, timelines, and reporting obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, civil society organizations, development partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead policy research, advocacy initiatives, and capacity-building programmes that promote democratic governance and civic participation.
• Supervise programme teams and ensure timely delivery of programme objectives.
