🔹 4–5+ years' experience in social media, content or event management
🔹 Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
🔹 Ability to script, shoot and edit content independently
🔹 Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva/Photoshop
🔹 Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools
🔹 Creative, proactive and able to work independently
