Requirements

2–3 years’ accounting experience (construction/real estate/project-based preferred)
• Proficient in financial software (Sage, QuickBooks, ERP)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Prepare/manage annual budgets
• Track project spending and ensure cost control
• Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Approve payments and manage cash flow
• Ensure tax compliance and proper documentation
• Lead audits and prepare financial statements
