We currently have this new vacancy in our Admin department at our Mokopane Dealership – Limpopo Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:

* Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting as subjects
* Relevant experience of at least 2 years in administration.
* Application of Policies & Procedures, computer literate.
* Strong communication.
* Communication, Customer Handling, Computer Knowledge.
* Drivers Licence.

Duties / Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls (Filtering and transferring calls)
* Meet and greet clients and visitors.
* Manage the tracing of information and handling of queries
* Ensure compliance with various accounting /other regulations and guidelines
* Posting of transactions, create Purchase orders and assist with vehicle invoicing
* Assist with keeping HR documentation up to date at dealership level.
* Receptionist duties, assisting clients with service bookings
