Requirements
Qualifications: BSc or HND in Agribusiness, Agricultural sci., Agricultural Economics, or a related field. 0–3 years post-graduation experience.
Lagos / Ogun -based or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional management trainee programme.
We are looking for two exceptional young professionals to work in direct proximity to the Managing Director — learning how an integrated agri-food business is run, making real decisions, and gradually taking on genuine leadership responsibility over a structured 36-month mentorship programme. At the end of the programme, each successful graduate steps into a defined senior executive role within Greenco.
Two Tracks. Two Openings.
Track A — Operations & Farm Focus: farm and field operations, logistics and supply chain, vendor management, inventory control, and operational KPI reporting.
Career destination: Chief Operating Officer
Track B — Commercial & Business Focus: sales and retail distribution, customer account management, revenue reporting, budgeting, market intelligence, and commercial KPI tracking.
Career destination: General Manager / Commercial Director
Both tracks carry equal status and an equally structured development path.
