Description
Rova is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help improve our core money experiences, multi-currency accounts, transfers (including Nigeria remittance), Savings Vaults, and transaction alerts.
You’ll work with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Support to turn real customer problems into shipped solutions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years in Product (APM/Junior PM) or experience shipping digital products
* Strong at writing requirements and thinking through payments edge cases.
* Data-comfortable (funnels, cohorts, metrics)
* Great communicator across tech & non-tech teams
* High ownership and follow-through

* Fintech experience (payments, wallets, remittance, savings)
* Mixpanel experience
* Exposure to multi-currency or cross-region (UK/Nigeria) products

What You’ll Do
* Own small medium product initiatives end-to-end (discovery → requirements → delivery → measurement)
* Write clear PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria
* Maintain backlog hygiene (Jira/Linear)
* Collaborate with Design on flows/wireframes and validate with users
* Work with Engineering on scope, milestones, edge cases & releases
* Improve transfer visibility, alerts, and issue-resolution flows
* Partner with Compliance/FinCrime on money movement & risk requirements
* Define and track product success metrics (activation, completion rates, drop-offs, reliability)
