About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and highly analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth at MOB Integrated Services. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for the company’s financial health, capital structure, and long-term financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy sector, including upstream/downstream financial nuances, tax optimization, and risk management.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. An MBA or Master’s in a related field is highly preferred.
* Certification: ICAN or ACCA membership is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Oil & Gas industry.
* Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Joint Venture (JV) accounting, Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), and tax laws in the Nigerian energy sector.
* Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s business plan and financial strategy.
* Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation, debt financing, and relationships with investment partners and financial institutions.
* Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements (DPR, FIRS, etc.).
* Risk & Internal Controls: Strengthen internal control frameworks and manage commercial and operational risks unique to the oil and gas industry.
* Treasury & Cash Flow: Direct treasury functions, ensuring liquidity for large-scale projects and operational needs.
* Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance department (including Finance Officers and Accountants) to foster a culture of excellence.
