 Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for Waysdrop customers, merchants, and couriers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively engaging users through cold calling to drive awareness, usage, and satisfaction on the Waysdrop delivery platform

Requirements

- Must be a female for gender balance
- Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Experience with cold calling, outbound calls, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, resilient, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in-app support requests.
- Conduct cold calls to merchants, customers, and potential users to promote Waysdrop services and drive engagement.
- Resolve customer, merchant, and courier complaints related to deliveries, payments, and app usage.
- Provide accurate information about Waysdrop services, policies, and processes.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support basic onboarding for merchants and couriers where required.
- Track customer issues, call outcomes, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly customer service reports.
- Represent Waysdrop professionally in all customer interactions.
