TM 1:** This position involves managing a small team of call agents engaged in an ongoing remediation program. Key responsibilities include:
- Performance management
- Enhancing quality
- Providing general support
- Deputising for the Operations Manager when necessary
- Assisting the overall function
Mortgage remediation experience is preferred.
**TM 2:** This role is data-focused and does not have direct reports. Key tasks include:
- Comparing data
- Analysing trace data
- Updating systems
- Documenting processes
This Team Manager will also stand in for TM 1 if absent and support the Operations Manager and the overall function. Ideally, mortgage remediation experience is required.
