The Entry-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of HR consulting and advisory services to assigned clients or internal business units.
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 per month.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2. 1–3years of HR experience (internship or NYSC experience acceptable)
3. Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations is an advantage
4. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good organisational and time management abilities
7. Attention to detail and documentation skills
8. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
