🎯 Key requirements:
✅ Proven experience as an F&I Specialist
✅ Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
✅ Relevant qualifications (RE5, FAIS compliance advantageous)
