Requirements

Required Qualifications
•Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting.
•Proven expertise and hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop for managing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Financial Management Responsibilities: This position encompasses a full range of accounting functions within QuickBooks Online and outside of QuickBooks including:

Grant Management Responsibilities:
•Identify and research potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
•Lead the development and writing of compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding priorities and clinic needs.
•Manage the grant application process, including submission deadlines and required documentation.
•Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar and tracking system.
•Monitor grant compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submission of progress reports and financial reports.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with grant funders.
•Track grant expenditures and ensure adherence to grant budgets.
•Provide regular updates to clinic leadership on grant status and performance.
•Collaborate with program staff to ensure grant activities are implemented effectively and in accordance with grant requirements.
•Manage all grant related documentation.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of grant funded programs.
