Key Competency Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Proficiency in literacy, writing and numeracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Pathology knowledge/experience advantageous
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a medical customer service environment or in a medically related Call Centre
- Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Display initiative
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and an understanding of Afrikaans (written and spoken).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills while demonstrating the ability to listen
- Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
- Adaptability

- A positive attitude & flexible work-style
- Must be prepared to work shifts (dayshifts/afternoon shifts/weekends and public holidays)
- Must have an acceptable track record/performance rating with regard to the technical and behavioural competencies required to perform in this position
