Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• *Minimum of 1 year of experience in Organisational Design, Talent management function (Must Have)*
• Certifications such as: PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD are advantageous.
• *Experience in Organisational Development, Talent Strategy Design, Succession Planning, and L & D is highly preferred*
• Has worked in HR Team prior & handles projects
