Requirements
What we're looking for:
a.1–3 years' experience in research, consulting, finance, real estate, or
b.development programs (strong internship experience counts)
c.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Studies, or related field
d.Strong interest in housing, sustainability, gender inclusion, and development finance
e.Analytical curiosity, clear writing, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you'll do:
You'll support research, financial analysis, and communication across our real estate, investment, and ecosystem-development work. This is a capacity-building role designed to give you real exposure to sustainable finance, impact investing, and housing delivery in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Your work will include:
a. Conducting research on housing markets, construction costs, and policy frameworks
b. Building and updating financial models and feasibility studies
c. Supporting scenario analysis and investment documentation
d. Drafting reports, presentations, and stakeholder briefing notes
e. Creating content for social media and communications platforms
f. Working across multiple workstreams alongside Senior Analysts and Managers.
