• 1–3 years HR or training administration experience

• Coordinate training sessions and logistics
• Schedule internal and external training sessions
• Manage venues, catering, and training materials

• Liaise with facilitators and learners
• Send invites, confirmations, and reminders
• Ensure smooth communication throughout programmes

• Maintain training records and reports
• Capture training information in LMS or internal systems
• Track attendance and generate monthly/quarterly reports

• Support compliance requirements
• Assist with Skills Development requirements
• Support WSP & ATR submissions
• Maintain BBBEE audit-ready records

• Assist with learnerships and onboarding
• Coordinate learner schedules
• Track learner progress
• Support new hires in training programmes

• Manage LMS updates and data
• Upload courses and maintain user access
• Ensure data integrity and support system improvements
