Requirements

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience Required
๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage)
๐Ÿ“… Minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within health, development, or sexual and reproductive health programmes
๐Ÿ“Š Strong skills in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
๐Ÿง  Knowledge of M&E frameworks, tools, and project indicators
๐Ÿ“ฃ Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills
๐Ÿ’ช Ability to train staff and work effectively with teams in the field
๐ŸŒ Willingness to travel frequently within Adamawa State
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage

๐Ÿ“‹ Implement monitoring and evaluation plans, frameworks, and tools for the project
๐Ÿ” Collect, validate, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data from health facilities, community activities, and project events
๐Ÿ“ˆ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project outputs, outcomes, and impact
๐Ÿ‘ฃ Conduct routine field visits to monitor implementation and assess data quality
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Support capacity building for programme and field staff on M&E processes and data collection methods
๐Ÿ“Œ Identify gaps, trends, and lessons learned to support programme improvements
๐Ÿค Collaborate with partners, government agencies, and health facilities to align M&E practices
