About the role:
AFPH is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer to strengthen project tracking, evaluation, and learning processes. The role focuses on building strong M&E systems, generating evidence, and turning data into insights that improve programmes and decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years experience in M&E, research, or learning roles
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience managing large datasets and producing reports
• Familiarity with donor reporting and development programmes
