A fast-growing company in the Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Industry is setting up a new factory in Abuja and we are recruiting experienced professionals to join our pioneer team.

Below are the available roles arranged from highest to lowest salary:

🔹 1. Factory Operations Specialist – ₦350,000

Qualifications:
• B.Eng/B.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• MBA is an added advantage
• 5–8 years experience in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee total factory operations (production, QC, maintenance, planning & logistics)
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control and profitability
• Set up systems, SOPs and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop the factory team

🔹 2. Maintenance Engineer – ₦300,000

Qualifications:
• B.Eng/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 6–10 years experience in factory equipment maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Ensure minimum machine downtime
• Supervise installation and commissioning of equipment
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
• Enforce safety standards in engineering operations

🔹 3. Production Supervisor – ₦250,000

Qualifications:
• HND/B.Sc in Engineering or Industrial Technology
• 5–8 years experience in manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shop floor activities
• Ensure adherence to production schedule
• Monitor workforce productivity
• Maintain discipline and safety compliance
• Report daily production performance

🔹 4. Quality Control (QC) Officer – ₦250,000

Qualifications:
• B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• 5–8 years QC experience in manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct raw material and finished product testing
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Investigate product complaints and recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 5. Admin Officer – ₦250,000

Qualifications:
• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Management or related field
• 4–7 years administrative experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the factory
• Manage documentation, staff records and office supplies
• Coordinate logistics, travel and accommodation where necessary
• Support HR processes and regulatory documentation
• Ensure proper facility management and office coordination
