Responsibilities
As a Control Room Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in monitoring and managing fire incidents across the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving and handling emergency calls
• Assessing incident priority through active listening
• Dispatching resources in line with standard operating procedures
• Logging vehicle movements and incident progress on the Core data system
