Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Product Manager to act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution. You will be the "glue" that holds our tech team together, turning big ideas into actionable roadmaps. You’ll be responsible for product planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional communication, working closely with the engineering team.

Salary: N500,000 - 700,000
Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role
· Strong experience working directly with engineering teams
· Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
· Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
· Must be able to organize and manage the work of others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Product Ownership
· Own the product roadmap and align it with company goals
· Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
· Prioritize features and tasks based on impact, effort, and timelines
· Define product success metrics and track delivery outcomes
Tech Team Management
· Manage and coordinate the engineering team’s day-to-day work
· Plan and run sprint cycles, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
· Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, estimated, and delivered on time
· Remove blockers and support engineers to stay productive
Execution & Delivery
· Maintain and groom the product backlog
· Work closely with engineers to clarify requirements and edge cases
· Ensure quality, performance, and usability standards are met
· Coordinate releases and communicate progress to stakeholders
Stakeholder Communication
· Act as the main bridge between leadership and the tech team
· Gather feedback from internal and external users and iterate accordingly
