Bet9ja Foundation is seeking a proactive and results-driven Programs Officer to support the design, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of impactful social initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, performance tracking, and partnership support, ensuring effective delivery of programs with measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Requirements
Experience:
•3–5+ years’ experience in program management within an NGO, foundation, or CSR environment
•Proven experience in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of social impact programs
•Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
•Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, and reporting
•Experience supporting budget management, grants, and donor-funded projects
Educational Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, or any related field

Key Responsibilities
•Support the development and execution of innovative, high-impact programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission and strategic goals
•Assist in coordinating the full program lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
•Apply data-driven approaches to support program sustainability and scalability
•Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and track program performance and outcomes
•Engage and liaise with stakeholders including NGOs, agents, government agencies, corporate partners, and donors
•Support the coordination and management of partnerships to enhance program reach and impact
•Assist in preparing for meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements
•Support budget tracking and resource allocation for efficient program delivery
•Ensure compliance with financial, grant, and donor requirements
•Support identification of funding opportunities and proposal development
•Track KPIs and contribute to reporting on program progress and impact
•Prepare reports, case studies, and success stories for internal and external stakeholders
•Provide coordination support to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables
•Support training and capacity-building initiatives for staff, agents, NGOs, and beneficiaries
•Contribute to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
