Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
✔ Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent will be advantageous
✔ Extensive experience within a retail finance environment
✔ Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis experience
✔ Sound understanding of operational finance and business partnering
✔ Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
