Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field
• Admitted Legal Practitioner
• Minimum 5 years' experience in employment law and corporate governance within the manufacturing sector
• Experience interacting with Trade Unions
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and corporate governance standards
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Responsibilities

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Labour Relations activities across the company
• Develop and implement Labour Relations strategies
• Advise management on labour and compliance matters
• Facilitate engagement between management and organised labour
• Manage dispute resolution and conflict management processes
• Develop and implement Corporate Governance KPIs
• Oversee B-BBEE strategy implementation
• Manage compliance, risk management, and governance plans
• Develop litigation, contract management, and data privacy strategies
