Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Education: B.Sc/HND in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 – 6 years of progressive experience in HR & Admin.
  • Certification: Professional membership (CIPM, SHRM, or other) is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS365 and Google Workspace; deep knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and payroll systems.
  • Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, excellent leadership, communication, Interpersonal & conflict resolution skills. Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

– End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and learning/development strategies.
– Coordinate performance appraisal process for staff members.
– Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy formulation.
– Payroll and benefits administration, and labor law compliance.
– Maintain accurate employee databases and provide data-driven HR metrics to support management decision-making.
Admin
– Managing facility, office equipment, and inventory.
– Handling vendor relationships with a focus on quality and cost-saving.
– Ensuring all regulatory filings (PenCom, NSITF, State-IRS, etc) are current.
– Coordinating corporate events, travel, and internal communications.
