Requirements

Job Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Project Management, HRD, Education or related field
* 3-5 years’ experience in learnerships/skills development projects
* Strong knowledge of QCTO, SETA & SAQA requirements
* Experience with learner management systems (INALA advantageous)
* Proven experience coordinating assessments, moderation & certification
* Leadership or team supervision experience advantageous
* Valid driver’s licence

Job Role:
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and successful learner outcomes across multiple projects in line with QCTO, SETA, SAQA, and internal QA standards.

-> Learner administration & audit-ready documentation
-> Team leadership & operational coordination
-> Stakeholder engagement & workplace learning coordination
-> Reporting, performance tracking & certification delivery
