The Wealth Manager will be responsible for mobilizing deposits, manage high-value client relationships, drive investment product sales, and support the bank’s liability growth strategy. 

Requirements

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bsc./HND in Finance, Economics, Business or related field. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

·        Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients. 
·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
·        Strong understanding of investment products, treasury, and market rates.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
3 – 5 years deposit mobilization/wealth management (preferably in MFB, commercial bank, asset management or investment finance).

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients for deposit mobilization. 
∙ Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines. 
∙ Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews. 
∙ Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients. 
∙ Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions. 
∙ Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal credit and risk policies. 
∙ Achieve monthly and quarterly liability mobilization targets.
