WHAT SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL DO
Selected trainees will undergo structured learning and gain practical experience across key banking functions
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
✔ Participate in structured training and development programmes
✔ Gain exposure across various banking operations
✔ Support customer service and business development activities
✔ Learn banking regulations, procedures, and operational processes
✔ Assist in customer acquisition and relationship management
✔ Prepare reports and handle assigned administrative tasks
✔ Contribute to departmental and organizational goals
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
✔ Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit
✔ Completed NYSC or valid exemption certificate
✔ Maximum age of 27 years
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
