The programme is organised by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) — the United Nations agency dedicated to innovation and creativity.

Startups and SMEs from all 194 WIPO Member States are eligible. Your business must: Be a registered business entity.
Have maximum 300 employees and annual revenue ≤ USD 15 million.
Offer an innovative product or service connected to IP.
For startups: Have filed at least one IP application.
For SMEs: Hold at least one registered IP right.
Demonstrate early-market activity (startups) or commercial traction (SMEs).Applications are free of charge and open across all industry sectors.
