We're looking for a Product Manager to help build the Future of Education Finance
At SkulCredit, we're on a mission to make quality education more accessible by helping parents spread school fees while ensuring schools receive payments on time.
As we prepare for our pilot launch in August 2026, we're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join us on this journey.
This is more than a product management role. It's an opportunity to shape the future of a fintech platform that connects parents, schools, funding partners, and technology—starting in Nigeria and scaling across Africa.
📍Position
Product Manager (Advisory / Fractional → Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Initially, this will be a strategic advisory/fractional role with a transition to a full-time leadership position as SkulCredit begins commercial operations and scales.
About SkulCredit
SkulCredit is building a secure School Fee Financing Platform that enables:
• Parents to access flexible school fee financing.
• Schools to receive 100% tuition payments upfront.
• Funding partners to finance education through a scalable digital platform.
We're integrating with leading fintech infrastructure while building an ecosystem that supports schools, families, and financial institutions.
Your Mission
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to transform vision into execution by leading the product strategy and coordinating delivery across our engineering and operations teams.
You'll serve as the bridge between:
• Business• Engineering• Design• Operations• Schools• Parents
What You'll Be Responsible For
✔ Own the product roadmap.
✔ Translate business ideas into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
✔ Prioritize features and sprint planning.
✔ Coordinate with the Engineering Team led by Venkat Sai.
✔ Collaborate with the Operations Team led by Adefemi Bello.
✔ Define user journeys and product workflows.
✔ Ensure every release delivers value to parents and schools.
✔ Analyse user feedback and product metrics.
✔ Help shape the future of Skully, our AI-powered education assistant.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience managing digital products.
• Understands fintech, SaaS, EdTech, or lending platforms.
• Thinks strategically while paying attention to detail.
• Can confidently communicate with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Enjoys solving complex customer problems.
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Experience with fintech products, lending platforms, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
