Deccan AI, a startup supplying post-training data and evaluation work, has raised $25 million in a Series A round led by A91 Partners, with participation from Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and Prosus Ventures. The proceeds will be used to expand its enterprise-focused AI offerings and strengthen its platform capabilities for deploying and evaluating AI systems.

Founded by Rukesh Reddy, Deccan AI initially focused on data and model training for frontier AI labs and has since expanded into enterprise solutions. The firm now offers tools to help businesses deploy, monitor, and improve AI systems in real-world environments.

Its product suite includes an evaluation platform for monitoring model performance and an enterprise system designed to automate back- and middle-office workflows using AI agents.

Deccan AI is targeting large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Its customers include Google DeepMind and Snowflake, according to the company. It has onboarded about 10 customers and runs a couple of dozen active projects at any given time.

The company is also expanding its presence in India with a new Bengaluru office focused on enterprise growth, its existing operations in San Francisco and Hyderabad.
