The Division of New Energy Science and Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology (China) is expanding its international research team and invites outstanding PhD graduates and Postdoctoral researchers from around the world to join us.


Research Areas

We are seeking talented researchers with expertise in:   

 Renewable Energy: solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, nuclear energy, and energy storage   

 AI-driven thermal management and supercomputing data center cooling    Battery thermal management and energy systems    

Indoor environment, smart buildings, and environmental control    

Carbon neutrality, carbon emission modeling, and low-carbon technologies


Who We Are Looking For

Applicants should have:    

A PhD (or Postdoctoral experience) in New Energy, Thermal Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Environment, Energy Engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields;   

 Strong research achievements demonstrated through publications, funded projects, or patents;  

  The ability to conduct independent research while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams;  

  Passion for scientific innovation, talent cultivation, and discipline development.
