HP Inc. and the HP Foundation invite applications for the Future of Work Accelerator 2026, a six-month virtual accelerator programme supporting organisations that are expanding access to technology, digital skills, and economic opportunities for people at risk of being left behind in the digital economy.

This call is open to bold changemakers building solutions that prepare communities for the future of work, strengthen economic resilience, and promote inclusive participation in today’s rapidly changing labour market.

About the Future of Work Accelerator 2026

The Future of Work Accelerator 2026 is a six-month, fully virtual programme designed to help innovative organisations scale solutions that address digital exclusion and workforce inequality.

Delivered by HP Inc. and the HP Foundation, in partnership with leading social impact advisors, the accelerator provides funding, HP technology, and tailored mentorship to support measurable and long-term impact.

The 2026 edition marks a significant expansion of the programme, as it now welcomes both non-profit organisations and mission-driven for-profit organisations, broadening its reach and inclusivity.

Why This Matters

Across the world, technological change is reshaping how people work, earn, and build livelihoods. Many young people, gig workers, and small business owners lack the tools, skills, and access needed to compete in this new economy. The Future of Work Accelerator exists to close these gaps by backing organisations that are turning digital access into real economic opportunity. By investing in practical solutions, the programme helps ensure that innovation works for everyone, not just a few. Programme Details
