Indian appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has filed for an initial public offering comprising a ‌fresh issue of shares worth up to 4.5 billion ‌rupees ($47.02 million) and an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares from existing investors, its draft papers showed on Friday.

The company did not specify the IPO size.

• A91 Emerging Fund I LLP, V-Sciences Investments, Jungle Ventures IV and Inflexor Opportunities ‌Fund 1 are among ⁠the investors selling shares.

• India's consumer appliances market is estimated at $4.69 billion in fiscal 2026, per ⁠the draft papers.

• The market is shifting towards next-generation, energy-efficient products, with rising incomes, urbanisation and premiumisation driving demand for fans, water purifiers and motorised kitchen appliances, the draft papers said.

• ‌Atomberg makes consumer appliances such as fans, smart locks, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers.

• It also makes and supplies motor and electronics components to enterprise customers such as Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star

• Atomberg plans to use 3.4 billion rupees ‌from the IPO proceeds to repay debt, fund brand-building and invest in research and development.

• Atomberg's revenue from operations rose to 12.94 billion ‌rupees in fiscal 2026 from 7.97 billion rupees in fiscal 2024.

• It operates via 626 distributors and direct dealers, nearly 47,000 retail touchpoints and a service network covering over ‌18,000 pin codes across India, as of March 31, 2026.
