King Fahd University Scholarships 2026 (Fully Funded) – Saudi Arabia

The King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is offering fully funded scholarships for Master’s and PhD programmes for the 2026 academic year. The scholarship is open to both national and international students and supports study in one of Saudi Arabia’s leading research universities.

Distinguished graduate applicants who demonstrate exceptional qualifications and performance with a high GPA can be admitted as Full-time MS or Ph.D. students with a full scholarship. We offer scholarships for all PhD programs and for a limited number of MS programs, specifically those that do not have corresponding doctoral programs. Accordingly, they receive the following benefits:

• Stipend according to category.
• Free-furnished air-conditioned on-campus housing, with utilities and maintenance.
• Air tickets are only for International students.
• Medical/ dental care.
• Subsidized meals.
