Natural personal care D2C firm Nat Habit is raising Rs 142.6 crore ($15 million) in a fresh round led by Trident Growth Partners, with participation from Bertelsmann, Firstport, Linklight Ventures and others.
The board at Nat Habit is issuing 22.5 lakh Series C preference shares at an issue price of Rs 633.5 each to raise Rs 142.6 crore, according to its regulatory filing accessed from the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
Trident Growth Partners will be leading the round with Rs 91 crore, while Bertelsmann and Linklight Ventures will invest Rs 37 crore and Rs 6.8 crore, respectively. Mirabilis, Firstport and Dharmayug Investments will contribute the remaining amount.
According to the filings, the fresh proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, expansion, brand building and other requirements. Notably, Rs 2.6 crore from the total proceeds will also be used for the reduction of the ESOP pool.As per Entrackr’s estimates, the post-money valuation of the firm stood at around Rs 800 crore.

Following the fresh issue, Trident Growth Partners will hold an 11.44% stake in the company, while existing investor Bertelsmann will hold 17.54% of the cap table. As per the filing, before the fresh issue, Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal held 16% each in the firm.
Nat Habit has rebranded itself as Breathe Life, marking a shift in its positioning from an Ayurvedic brand to a broader lifestyle proposition. The company sells Ayurvedic personal care products, including shampoos, face washes, and moisturisers.
The company is yet to file its annual statements for FY26. During FY25, its revenue from operations grew 47.2% year-on-year to Rs 106 crore, while its losses increased to Rs 29 crore in the same period.
