  • Strengthen rohe capability and regional cultural leadership

  • Projects must be based in Te Tairāwhiti
  • Initiatives should be led by the rohe, for the rohe
  • Applicants must propose projects that uplift kapa haka culture and strengthen regional capability
  • Community-focused projects with clear objectives and deliverables are preferred
