Our Global Trainees 2026 Program is a 2–3 year accelerated development journey designed for high-potential young professionals. From day one, participants will gain hands-on experience through rotations across different business areas, work on impactful international projects, and collaborate with teams around the world.
Who are we looking for?
University degree completed
Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience
Advanced English proficiency
