This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall success of our organisation
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is compulsory
Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is compulsory
Time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Solid experience with digital media applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities
Handle all pre-sales enquiries from multiple channels, including email and Instagram
Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
Efficiently route sales enquiries to the sales team
Manage communication between different stakeholders, i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
Ensure proper closeout of each learning session, e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
Perform other clerical duties such as organising meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.
