Requirements

Required:
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
* Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical info.
* High empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Previous experience with CRM/Helpdesk systems.
* Basic understanding of networking, APIs, HTML/CSS, MacOS/Windows environments.
* Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) a plus!
