In fintech, trust is the product, and support is where trust is won or lost. We're looking for someone who can make our users feel confident every single time they move their money.
WeWire's app lets people send, receive, hold and swap currencies across mobile money, bank transfers and stablecoins. As we grow, we need support that's fast, accurate, and genuinely empathetic, delivered by someone who can navigate the realities of a regulated financial product

Requirements
What we're looking for:
→ 2+ years in Customer Support or Customer Success, ideally in a fast-paced digital product
→ Hands-on experience with Help Scout, Intercom or similar
→ A background in fintech, financial services or payments
→ Comfort with AI-assisted tools and evolving workflows
→ Strong written communication and excellent judgment under pressure
→ A working grasp of compliance fundamentals (KYC/AML basics, data privacy, escalation), or the ability to learn them quickly

What you'll do:
→ Resolve customer enquiries across email and chat with a warm, professional tone
→ Use AI-powered support tools to move faster, while knowing when human judgment has to take over
→ Identify and escalate compliance-sensitive situations (fraud, KYC, regulatory complaints)
→ Troubleshoot account, transaction and app issues alongside Engineering and Compliance
→ Surface patterns in recurring issues to Product and Operations
