The programme combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, and rotational exposure across key business functions.

The internship spans 12 months and is structured as follows:• Induction phase with classroom sessions, case studies, and technical training tailored to specific business functions
• A training rotation that includes five months in a primary focus area and additional rotations across Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, and Risk
• A final six-month business rotation within CCIB Client Coverage, allowing participants to identify career interests and integrate into a long-term role.
