Jurisphere, a legal AI startup, has raised $2.2 million in a funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures, with participation from Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures.

The proceeds will be used to expand globally and build a network of AI-native legal professionals.

Founded in 2024 by Manas Khandelwal, Varun Khandelwal, and Sumit Ghosh, the firm is building an outcome-based legal AI platform that combines software with a network of legal professionals.

Jurisphere currently offers an AI-powered workspace used by over 500 teams across law firms, enterprises, and public institutions for workflows such as legal research, drafting, review, and collaboration.

The startup is now expanding its model to integrate AI with a marketplace of lawyers, enabling clients to access legal expertise while using shared AI workflows for execution.

Its platform focuses on improving legal outcomes rather than just productivity by combining technology with human expertise.
